UEFA Euro 2016 Prize Money: UEFA Euro 2016 will kick off on 10, June 2016 in the France. UEFA has introduced few changes in the Format of the Tournament. 24 Teams will be in the next year’s Euro 2016, as UEFA has increased numbers of the team from 16 to 24. It is due to 65% increase in the games in 2016 than Euro 2012, which make the availability of the tickets more than 80%. With UEFA is expecting of the estimated revenue between €450 million to €500 million for Euro 2016, from the last tournament in 2012 UEFA generated revenue of the nearly €300 million. UEFA has increased Participation of the fee to €12m for the UEFA Euro 2016 which was €8 million in Euro 2012. The Prize Money of the UEFA Euro 2016 will be estimated €300 million which will be distributed among the 24 teams that will take part in the Euro 2016 which will be held in France.
