What it might imply for the competitors:
Even with Xavi out of the FC Barcelona team, the Spanish team still holds almost their entire star cast this season and would remain a formidable side to reckon with this upcoming Champions League 2015-16 season. Though the team would be going through a management change soon with the election of new club president, the team is still in talks with some interesting players who will only make their bench strength even stronger.
