After IPL and Big Bash, Pakistan has also started their domestic t20 competition Pakistan Super League. This is the 1st season of Pakistan Domestic t20 tournament. PSL 2016 will start on 4th Feb and ends on 23 Feb 2016. All matches will be played in UAE (Dubai and Sharjah). There are only 5 teams in PSL due to competition is very much short only 20 days. Five Teams are Karachi Kings, Peshawar Zalmi, Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad Vipers & Quetta Gladiators.
PSL 2016 Draft: After the draft of 22 Dec 2015, every Franchise has confirmed their squad for the 1st season of Pakistan Super League. Around 300 players were bein drafted to play in PSL. All players for the draft are divided into 5 categories - Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Emerging. Each team has to pick 3 players from Platinum, Gold, and Diamond category while mandatory 2 players from emerging category. Each team can pick 5 players from the silver category.
