Winners Real Madrid set to earn €94 million: From this year, UEFA has announced a substantial increase in the Prize money of Champions League. As per new rules, the club will get £8.9m for qualifying to the Group stage, previously it was £6.4m, which makes the increase up to 40%, last season each of 32 teams received £6.4m.
Hike in Champions League’s Prize Money:
The hike in prize money fund of Champions League equally applied to the each win in the group stage, making into last 16 of Champions League, reaching to the quarter Finals, Semi Final, runners-up and for the winners of the Champions league.
The winning bonus of each game in the group stage is increase €1 million to €1.5 million. The teams were getting €3.5 million for reaching to the last 16 of the Champions League will now pocket €5.5 million. Plus it also includes ticket money and other commercial bonus.

The team which will win UEFA Champions League in 2016 will €55 million +market pool value which includes the money coming as the part of TV rights. This is the massive increase in the prize money of winning Champions League as 46% as compared to the last year 2014-15.

If Premier League Club win the Champions League in 2016 will pocket nearly £70million thanks to the BT Sport new TV deal worth of £897m for next three seasons.
