According to Reports, India, Pakistan and West Indies may be in Same Group for ICC T20 World Cup 2016 which is to be hosted in India. Also, BCCI decided to keep Pakistan away from Maharashtra due to Shiv Sena threat to Pakistan Team due to Mumbai terror attacks. Icc T20 world cup 2016 venues are announced and Final will be played in Eden Garden, Kolkata.
Schedule of T20 World Cup 2016 is still not out and expected to be release Date in September 2015. The tournament will start from 11 March 2016 to 3 April 2016. Kolkata to host the final with other venues is as Bangalore, Chennai, Mohali, New Delhi, Nagpur, Dharamshala & Mumbai.
Reports suggest that India, Pakistan and WI will be in the same group in WT20 2016. Pakistan will not have a game in Mumbai and Nagpur.

BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur told bcci.tv,
“BCCI is extremely proud to host this prestigious event. All the venues identified have hosted many prestigious matches. With this announcement, we have begun our preparations in right earnest. We want this World Twenty20 to be a memorable experience for our participants and fans. I am confident that all the venues nominated will deliver a world-class event,”
There are 16 teams will play in t20 world cup with 4 groups. Each group have 4 teams. There are 10 regular test playing nations, India, Australia, Pakistan, England, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and 6 teams qualified for ICC T20 2016 Qualifiers.
2014 T20 World cup was won by Sri Lanka by beating India in the Final. As per reports, Mumbai and Delhi will host the One Semi-Final each.
The BCCI has also announced a managing committee for the ICC World T20 2016 of which BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya will be chairman. Other members will include Thakur, Amitabh Choudhary, Anirudh Choudhary, G. Ganga Raju, Rajeev Shukla, Ashish Shelar and Ashirbad Behera.
