Every team is announcing their world t20 squad as faster even before the new venues still to be confirmed for world t20 2016 in India. England will announce their t20 world cup 2016 squad on 15 Feb 2016, Wednesday Morning. The squad will consist of 15 members. After Kevin Pieterson performance in Big Bash League 2015-16 in Australia, it is expected he may return to world t20 squad but English Captain Morgan has completely denied the return of Pieterson for t20 world cup.
On the Venues confirmation, there are still 2 venues are under doubt Delhi and Chennai whether there are any matches to be played. BCCI will announce the final 10 venues for world t20 before Asia Cup 2016 which is to be started from 24 Feb in Bangladesh.
Last month in January England announced their squad against South Africa for 5 match ODI series and 3 T20 matches series. That English Squad may give us some probable members who are making a cut for India.

Liam Plunkett, who was called up for series against South Africa when Finn is not fit. But he is not looking to make a jump in t20 squad and Steven Finn may get a flight ticket to India for World T20. England will start their t20 world cup campaign on 16th March in Mumbai against West Indies and Steven Finn may get fit til that time. James Vince is also in the squad against South Africa
James Vince is also in the squad against South Africa, and he also played 3 t20 matches against Pakistan in UAE and show some good shots in the opening. So he may also get a ticket to world t20 squad.
Stuart Broad is not being counted in the squad for t20 world cup. He will only make it to final 15 if Finn and Plunket or one of them may be unfit. Jonny Bairstow may also be included in the squad as a reserve wicket-keeper. Eoin Morgan will look to take away young talent with him to India.
